Terence Crawford (No. 2, No. 2 P4P), the former lightweight champion and undisputed
junior welterweight world champion, will make his second welterweight
title defense against Amir Khan on Saturday, April 20 in the main event
of a Top Rank Boxing
card that ESPN will broadcast Crawford vs Khan live stream on PPV (9
p.m. ET), the first PPV event of the promotional company’s seven-year
deal with the network. It will most likely be hosted at the iconic
Madison Square Garden in New York, with 20,000 seats available for fight
fans, but this has not yet been confirmed. Promoter Bob Arum opted for
New York to make traveling easier for Khan’s UK army of fans.
